Old ULTA employee here. My store may have just been especially crappy, simply many of our "prestige" beauty advisors were non existent makeup artists or even particularly skilful at makeup. Nosotros just had one real esthetician who worked in the salon and just did chemic services and waxing, no makeup. Skip ULTA, it's hit or miss and you don't want to miss on your prom night.
